Assembly designs and installation methods will vary depending upon the intended use of the panels (i.e., floor vs. roof), frame type (i.e., perimeter vs. outrigger), load requirements, fasteners, building codes and other considerations.
Please contact us to provide details on your intended use of the panels, your frame type, load requirements and the type of assembly that the panels will replace (i.e., concrete/v-deck, wood joists, trusses, etc.). After receipt of your information we will respond with specific assembly design recommendations and installation instructions for your particular needs.

Sample Perimeter Frame ("Nested") Installation*
This sample perimeter frame installation shows the result of 15 VeriClad™ panels (4’ wide by 4” thick by 11’9” long) being installed as a structural sub-floor system in a “nested” configuration into a perimeter frame for a 12’ x 60’ module. The long sides of the panels run the width of the module. The panels are simply supported at the panel ends (providing for a clear-span underside), and they are attached to the frame via 6" self-drilling/self-tapping screws to 3x3” angle welded onto the flat web of a C8 or C10 perimeter frame (with the flanges of the C's facing out).
