Veristeel® patented VeriClad™composite structural panels are a replacement for structural sub-floors and roof truss systems in portable classrooms, modular classrooms, mobile offices, modular buildings, dealer fleet units, military buildings, disaster relief, modular housing, and manufactured housing. Our panels are designed to provide customers with a superior, steel-faced structural platform at a very light weight (under 5 lbs per ft2), and in many cases at a lower overall installed cost per square foot.

VeriClad™ panels are produced on a just-in-time basis to customer specifications, and they are designed to be rapidly installed in a production environment. The panels consist of a lightweight structural core sandwiched between two galvanized, light gauge steel sheets. The panels are 4’ wide, 4” thick, and are available in lengths of 6’ to 24’ in 1/16ths inch increments.

The core is bonded to the steel skins by a one-part urethane adhesive. Different core substrate materials are available for different structural and thermal requirements. The sides of the panel are enclosed by a rectangular, roll-formed light gauge steel frame with a patented tongue-and-groove, inter-connecting profile on each long side of the panel for rapid, lay-in-place connections between the panels.

Commonly used underlayments, insulation, thermal barriers, and sheathing can be applied directly to the steel “skin” of the panels. Permitted penetrations for MPEs can be made directly through the panels.

VeriClad Structural Foam Core Panels
Structural foam cores are commonly used in demanding composite structural panel applications that also require higher thermal resistance for increased energy-efficiency in a slim, lightweight profile.

VeriClad Honeycomb Core Panels
Honeycomb cores are commonly used in the most demanding composite structural panel applications that require cost-effective, structural rigidity in a slim, lightweight profile.

Veristeel Span Tables
Veristeel's certified span tables have been engineered by TJC and Associates, Inc. based on certified third party tests conducted by Terrapin Testing, Inc. (IAS Testing Laboratory TL-159 and Florida Accreditation Laboratory TST2542) in accordance with ICC Evaluation Service Acceptance Criteria for Sandwich Panels AC04.

Veristeel Test Reports
Certified third-party test lab Terrapin Testing, Inc. (IAS Testing Laboratory TL-159 and Florida Accreditation Laboratory TST2542) has conducted a series of tests on Veristeel's VeriClad composite structural panels in accordance with ICC Evaluation Service Acceptance Criteria for Sandwich Panels AC04.

Veristeel Engineering Analyses
Comprehensive third party engineering analysis of the VeriClad® foam core floor and roof panels has been prepared by TJC & Associates, Inc., Report Nos. TJCAA506001A and TJCAA506001F, and stamped in CA, TX, NV, AZ, NY, NJ & FL (additional states available upon request). The Engineering Analyses are based on certified third-party testing done by accredited test lab Terrapin Testing, Inc. (IAS Testing Laboratory TL-159 and Florida Accreditation Laboratory TST2542), which tests were performed in accordance with ICC Evaluation Service Acceptance Criteria for Sandwich Panels AC04.

Veristeel Certification Product Certifications
Certified third-party test lab Terrapin Testing, Inc. (IAS Testing Laboratory TL-159 and Florida Accreditation Laboratory TST2542) has conducted a series of tests on Veristeel's VeriClad composite structural panels in accordance with ICC Evaluation Service Acceptance Criteria for Sandwich Panels AC04.

Veristeel Installation Assemblies & Installation
Assembly designs and installation methods will vary depending upon the intended use of the panels (i.e., floor vs. roof), frame type (i.e., perimeter vs. chassis), load requirements, fasteners, building codes and other considerations.

Veristeel Growing Green: One MBI Member is a Catalyst for Environmentally

Veristeel is one business that was inspired by the "green building" movement from
inception.
Scott Cathcart, CEO and founder of the company, recently shared with
MBI some of the thinking behind its line of sustainable structural component
products that were designed specifically for the modular industry.
